In 2018, we started our activities in Montenegro, one of the Balkan countries, with one of the most prestigious investments of the region in the field of construction. We serve with our staff who have worked as middle and senior managers in many projects in Libya, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Russia and Montenegro.

Realized with the investment of Azmont Investment, the Portonovi Marina Resort and Village – Karadağ project has a total project area of 136.000m2. The project was completed in March 2020.
The "Montenegro Lodge Residence & Wellness SPA Hotel" project, implemented with the investment of "Mega Construction", is located in Kotor, one of the most popular historical cities of Europe, on a 5214 m2 land, with a 4600 m2 landscape area, and consists of 56 independent sections. The project was completed in June 2022.
The "Bayview Hills Luxury Residences" project, implemented with the investment of "Maya Construction", consists of three different blocks and 52 independent sections located in Kotor, Montenegro. The project was completed in December 2021.
Thanks to the experience we have, we are able to carry out projects that can be talked about around the world without any problems. We have signed many projects and we continue to do so.
